Tarsha Addison is a Human Resources Executive with 25 years of experience managing, leading, and supporting all aspects of the HR function. Tarsha's passion is creating solutions and helping build human resources infrastructures that support business goals and strategies through talent, organizational development, technology, and compliance.

 

Tarsha held several other corporate roles. She led HR strategies in benefits, talent acquisition, performance management, organizational and leadership development, employee and labor relations, risk management, diversity, equity and inclusion, and HR operations and technology.  Tarsha also held dual leadership roles in leading mortgage lending institutions (Wells Fargo Home Loans and World Savings).

Tarsha quickly assimilates into any industry as a tested and true operations leader and can ascertain and resolve challenging operations vulnerabilities. She has held corporate HR leadership roles in various sectors: health care, retail, venue property management (contract management), food/warehouse distribution, and financial services. Tarsha has extensive experience developing strong and sustainable business processes that drive organizational sustainability, profitability, and expansion.

Tarsha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management and a Master of Science in Management with a concentration in Organizational Leadership and Change.  She is also a Certified Diversity Professional (National Diversity Council) and an active Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) member.  Tarsha also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the National Diversity and California Diversity Council. 

 

Tarsha Addison resides in Northern California.  When Tarsha is not working, she enjoys cooking, getting lost in a great novel and art, and spending quality time with her family.  She is married and has two adult children and three grandchildren.
